1) Complete wiring for your SIMATIC S7-1200 (IO Controller) and SIMATIC ET200SP I/O (IO Device), using Industrial LAN cable connect between PLC and I/O

ขั้นแรก ทำการต่อสายต่างๆให้เรียบร้อยทั้ง SIMATIC S7-1200 (เรียกว่า IO Controller) and SIMATIC ET200SP I/O (เรียกว่า IO Device) ส่วนสายสื่อสารนั้นให้ใช้สายแลนสำหรับอุตสาหกรรม

using Industrial LAN cable connect between PLC and I/O

2) Online detect device (ET200SP I/O) and adding in to your project file (16 devices max.)

ขั้นที่สอง ให้เพิ่มชุด ET200SP I/O สำหรับ TIA Portal Version 15 ท่านสามารถทำการ Detect และ upload ฮาร์ดแวร์คอนฟิก ของชุด ET200SP I/O โดยสามารถเพิ่ม IO Device ได้สูงสุด 16 ตัว ส่วนเวอร์ชั่นก่อนหน้านั้นให้ใช้วิธีแบบแมนนวล

3) Assign IO Controller for ET200SP IO devices

ขั้นที่สาม ให้เลือก IO Controller สำหรับ ET200SP IO devices ที่เพิ่มเข้ามาแต่ละตัว

4) Set the device name and IP address for target ET200SP I/O

ขั้นที่สี่ ตั้งค่าพื้นฐานสำหรับ ET200SP I/O เช่น device name และ IP address

ขั้นที่ห้า ตั้งชื่อแท็กสำหรับแต่ละ อินพุท และ เอาท์พุท
